3/9（土）挟間ハウス見学会 J/E

昨年から２月まで工事をさせていただきました大阪市内の長屋リノベーションの完成見学会をさせていただきます。基本計画は大阪市立大学大学院小池研究室さん、設計はウズラボ一級建築士事務所さん。戦前に建てられた長屋の１区画を今回の工事で刷新させていただきました。上の写真は２階からの眺めです。
座敷・板の間の様子 斜めに挿入されたBOXは水回りです。
板の間・座敷・縁側の様子 玄関から隣地の公園まで見通せます。
土間上部の吹抜 縦方向の抜けから光が差し込みます
玄関のあるスペースに水周りを集約して、すべて新しくしました。そのフロアから１階下がった地下室は、全体が土間に改められて軽作業もできるスペースになりました。

OPEN HOUSE of a renovation traditional apartment in central Osaka city.
We finished a renovation traditional apartment in this February and are organizing open house here on 9th(Sat.), March. This apartment was built before WW2. This construction was designed By Uzurabo architect office and students of graduate school in Osaka city university. Kitchen and bathroom are efficiently replaced. Floors, walls, ceilings and doors are renewed. Now these makes very fresh atmosphere in traditional house. If interested, Please send e-mail to us!
